When you arrive at Møllers, you are greeted by chequered tablecloths and friendly faces. You will experience an informal atmosphere where cosiness and authenticity are given pride of place. There is no need to dress up – come as you are and relax in the homely and inviting setting and enjoy some good food and good company.
Open sandwiches on the menu
The menu is clear and simple at Møllers. The classic Danish open sandwich is in focus and you can select from all the most popular varieties with e.g. fish fillet, eggs and shrimp, roast pork, marinated herring, roast beef, or what is known as the vet’s midnight snack. Or put your teeth into one of the French bread varieties with e.g. smoked salmon or the mature cheese Gamle Ole.
Whatever you choose, you are guaranteed a quality experience based on good ingredients. Møllers makes most of it from scratch. Everything from tartare sauce to Italian salad, red cabbage and liver pate is homemade which means that you have a dining experience that cannot be matched by supermarket products.
Hot meals
In addition to open-faced sandwiches, you can order a small selection of hot dishes at the restaurant. On the menu, you'll find items such as egg cake, beef tartare, and pork tenderloin with cream sauce.

In the middle of the beautiful resort setting
Restaurant Møllers is located where Juelsminde’s popular marina meets the shopping street Odelsgade. You will not find a more central location – here, you are quite close to Juelsminde’s shops, activities, nature play park and, not least, the beach.
The Juelsminde harbour exudes a maritime atmosphere and, during the summer, there is plenty of life here, at one of Denmark’s loveliest marinas. Møllers is located next to the harbour playground – only 100 metres from the water’s edge. Popping into Møllers when on a daytrip to the town or in connection with your stay in a holiday home is therefore the obvious choice.
